Filling Bottles with Hand Sanitizer

Our timed flow pinch series fillers are easy to operate, sanitize, and they are affordable. The entry level Semi Automatic Hand Wash Filling Machine has 1-2-4-6 nozzles on a wand that the operator moves row by row filling six bottles at a time. The Auto Pinch, as the name implies, is fully automated and can fill twelve bottles at a time under computer control.

STRPACK fill to level machines ensure that liquid filled bottles on the retail shelf appear to contain the same amount of product, even with minor irregularities between the bottle volumes. The overflow fillers also have semiautomatic and automatic models.

Piston and positive displacement fillers are the most accurate technologies. The amount of product dispensed by a piston filler is determined by cylinder diameter and piston stroke length. STRPACK SFL and SFM models are piston fillers with the model number indicating cylinder size and the number of fill nozzles.

Positive displacement use gear pumps where the number of shaft rotations determines the quantity of product dispensed.

When you are bottling hand sanitizer, the bottles must be cleaned before filling. The STRPACK Automatic Bottle Washer does a brilliant job of preparing bottles for filling. The bottle washer can be ordered with up to three nozzles per container for as many as twelve stations, to wash, rinse and dry your containers prior to filling.
