Brief Introduction:
semi-automatic bench-top piston fillers are designed for easy operation and cleaning. It is ideal filling equipment for pharmaceutical, chemical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, foodstuff and other light industries.
Features:

Suitable for both low viscosity and high viscosity product, such as flowable liquids, shampoo, cream and lotions. The particles in the product are ok.
The different filling volume range is optional, which is 2-10ml, 5-60ml, 10-125ml, 25-250ml, 50-500ml, 100-1000ml, 250-2500ml and 500-5000ml.
All parts in contact with the filling material are made of 316L stainless steel to meet cGMP standard.
The machine adopts advanced pneumatic parts FESTO from Germany.
A shut-off nozzle ensures a smooth operation, as well as the easily-changeable bottom-nozzle tips Easy to operate and clean.
Food Pedal is included for ease of operation.
The machine operates without electricity, only compressed air.
