STRPACK Automatic Linear Sanitiser Gel Servo-motor Piston Filler are suitable for a wide variety of products from water-thin to thick but flowable products. The machine is
made by in-line structure , filling head quantity can be custom-made according
to request like 6/8/10/12/16 heads.
The filling system is driven by servo motor which assure high filling accuracy.
It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation.
It is widely used in the cosmetic, foodstuff, specialty chemical,
pharmaceutical, and personal care industries.

- Air blow off filling nozzle is available for sticky product to avoid tail stringing on nozzle.
- Product receive tray is available in case any leakage from filling nozzle(For option).
- Can save up to 20 groups parameter on the PLC, convenient for operation.
- No tooling needed to change over different size bottles.
- Quick-install connecting parts , it is easy to disassemble and clear machine.
