Bottle Unscrambler

The Bottle Unscrambler is a mechatronics equipment, composed of a bottle lifting device and a bottle sorting device. It can automatically arrange the messy round plastic bottles and square bottles into a uniformly upward bottle mouth, saving a lot of labor costs. It has fast speed, stable operation, no jams, no damage to the bottle and appearance, high rate of unscrambled bottles, easy and convenient replacement of specifications, only simple adjustments are required. The equipment is simple to operate. The surface of the equipment is made of stainless steel and non-toxic, chemically stable non-metallic materials, which are easy to clean and have no dead ends. It is equipped with an automatic lifting silo to reduce the labor intensity of the operator's frequent feeding. The product meets the requirements of GMP regulations.
