Brief Introduction:

• Monoblocks for filling and capping of the doypack bags are intended to fill ready-made bags with the help of filling nozzles through the neck. with each step, the carousel picks up one bag. The maximum capacity of  is 2,000 0.5-l-bags per hour.

• Depending on the required capacity, the machines can be equipped with 2–6 jnozzles . According to the specific products, either gear pumps, Lobe pumps or flow meters can be used for filling.

• The machines are used to fill food products (baby food, juices, chocolate, milk products, ketchup and sauces) into bags. Further, cosmetic products (liquid soaps and shampoos), chemical products (winter screen wash, paints etc.) can be filled.

• The BIG version can also fill large bags of 2–5 l. The machines can be delivered in a version suitable for explosive environments to fill anti-freeze fluids.

• Rotary turntable：304# stainless steel rigid turntable, clean, hygienic and easy to clean；

• Automatic bag loading ：Adopting pneumatic balance force control mode, it is more convenient and quick to adjust the thrust of bag feeding. The main components are linear guide rail (ball linear bearing), wear resistance and low friction coefficient.

• Jet code：The interface of the inkjet printer is equipped with the synchronizer bracket of the inkjet printer, and the user is equipped with the inkjet printer.

• Bag free inspection：Photoelectric detection without bag and without filling is not affected by suction nozzle and material.

• Turntable position detection：When the filling mouth is not aligned with the bag mouth, it will not be filled.

• With a strong injection filling, the volume of the material pump can be adjusted.

• Stop valves are used for inlet and outlet valves.

• The accuracy of filling measurement is + 1.5%.

• Anti dripping, suitable for filling materials.

• Each filling pump is equipped with independent cylinder drive to improve filling accuracy and capacity adjustment.

• Capping part：Frequency conversion speed regulation mode is adopted, and permanent magnet force is used to transfer torque in automatic capping system, so that the cap is tightened properly and the tightness is adjusted according to the scale, so that the adjustment is convenient and quick.
