Viscous products such as honey or caramel sauce can be easily dosed with our dosing machines. Thanks to our shut-off valves and our dispensing valves for dense products the dosing of products such as honey becomes a piece of cake. Our machines are made of quality materials, and are the right equipment to fill, cap, and label glass jars or plastic bottles containing honey.

Siemens PLC, with optional remote assistance from our factory.
Compact filling machine design: approx. 2500 x 1100 x h 2000 mm.
Turntable for feeding empty glass jars, diameter approx. 100 cm.
Easily adapts to 200 – 1000 g (approx.) glass jars, of various heights and diameters.
The jars are filled with honey using a volumetric dispenser with capacity adjustable up to 1000 ml.
The flow of honey is cut off at the end of dosing by a specially designed non-drip mechanical mushroom valve.
The dosing unit is manually height adjustable.
Jar sensor at the filling station (no jar = no dosing).
