  • Pre-Sales Consultation

    If you have a packaging problem or a special need, tell us detail requirements and send samples of your products by sketch or drawing, STRPACK team of professionals will advise and recommend solutions for you in the shortest possible time. We will evaluate your product, filling requirements and production needs and design a custom equipment for your filling needs.

    If condition allow, we will do basic test packages for standard equipment, To make absolutely sure our equipment does exactly what you expect it to, every piece of equipment and every filling line we design is assembled in our plant and tested using your product.

     

    Project Management

    STRPACK will assign an Project Manager that will assist you in detail of your desired equipment; gathering substantial information about your packaging solution, ensure that the project will meet the desired schedule.

     

    Manufacturing arrangement

    STRPACK manufacture our equipment in our own facility, strictly practices lean manufacturing to minimize waste in all our processes. We designs and builds competitively priced equipment according to your production needs and goals. From design to assembly, you can expect qualified equipment and filling lines. Some of our machines passed European CE certification.

     

    Installation and Training

    STRPACK is able to provide detailed English manual, operating video to help you to do the installation and commission. If necessary, we can send expertly trained technicians to assist you in installing your equipment in your plant, you will bear the costs of tickets, room, foods and daily allowance.

    Training is provided at no charge, aimed to:

    ·Give operators a sound knowledge with the machine / packaging line operation

    ·Increase packaging line efficiency

    ·Avoid handling and operating errors  

     

    After Sales Technical Support

    STRPACK will always place client service and support as a top priority, we will provide maintenance support for any issue with the equipment. If the equipment are still under warranty, we will replace and repair the faulty parts free of charge and buyer will only need to pay for the shipping or air charges. In general we are able to ship the faulty party that are in stock within 1 day.

    3. We get 18hours internet line for technical support.

    4. Video camera in workshop to help you adjust and solve machine problem in working situation.
